Can I customise a package to add or remove items?

Absolutely — all packages are a starting point. We're happy to add extras such as floral styling, additional balloon garlands, or personalised signage. Chat with us on WhatsApp or fill in the enquiry form and we'll tailor a quote to match your vision exactly.

Is a deposit required to confirm my booking date?

Yes — a deposit is required to secure your event date. The amount varies by package. Full payment is typically due before setup day. We'll confirm all payment terms when you enquire.

What areas do you deliver and set up in?

We deliver and set up across Midrand, Johannesburg, Sandton, Centurion, Waterfall, Carlswald, and Fourways. For events outside these areas, please enquire and we'll advise on whether we can accommodate your location.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling to a new available date is usually possible with enough notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period — we'll always discuss this with you fairly and find the best solution.
